Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies

Here’s the recipe, I hope you enjoy!


1 C Sugar

1 Stick of Butter (Melted)

2 Eggs

2 Tsp Red Velvet Emulsion

2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 Tsp Salt

3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

3/4 C Flour

1 Block of Cream Cheese

1 Egg

1/3 C Sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Preheat oven to 350°, spray with and line an 8x8 sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together 1 C Sugar and 1 Stick of Butter (Melted).

  • Add in 2 Eggs, whisk until slightly foamy, for around 2 minutes.

  • Mix in 2 Tsp Red Velvet Emulsion and 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract.

  • Combine the 1/2 Tsp Salt, 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder, 3/4 C Flour just until evenly incorporated.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading into an even layer. Set aside.

  • In a medium bowl, beat the 1 Block of Cream Cheese.

  • Add in 1 Egg, 1/3 C Sugar, 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract, mix until smooth.

  • Drop the Cream Cheese mixture into the batter, swirling them together.

  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350°, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

  • Cut into 9 even

    squares.

  • Let them cool, if you can handle waiting long enough.
